When you visit our website

You can sign up for the newsletter via the online form or via our other channels. You may have indicated on the registration form that you wish to receive all general news, offers and prize draw notifications and/or that you wish to receive personalised newsletters - only notifications about news, offers and prize draws that we think will be of interest to you. If you contact us online

We will process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (communication with customers and the public, Article 6(1)f GDPR) for the purpose of responding to your question or inquiry. We will keep your personal data until the end of our communication, after which we will delete it. If you decide to engage with us at a later date, we will use another appropriate legal basis (such as the performance of a contract, which we will also inform you about separately at a later date). Your personal data may also be processed by our processor with whom the website is hosted and with whom the controller has a contract for the processing of personal data. You may object to the processing during the communication itself, which will result in the deletion of your personal data. With regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access to personal data, the right to rectification, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object. These rights may be exercised by written application to the controller or by email to info@jamnik.si. If you consider that your rights are not being adequately exercised, you may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

If you send us an inquiry

We would be delighted if you are interested in our services and send us an inquiry. For this we will need your name, surname, the company you are sending the inquiry on behalf of and a contact. We need this information for the purpose and legal basis of the performance of the contract (contract negotiation), i.e. to make you an offer.

If you do not wish to provide us with this information, we may not be able to send you our offer. We will keep your personal data for 5 years from the completion of the purchase or settlement of all obligations. However, if you do not opt in to our offer, we will delete your personal data after the offer has expired.
